Dwight Winkler's - Veterans Benefits Page:
[posted on: 2-26-2015] [page updated on: 1-6-2020]

Please note that Dwight Winkler has retired from serving as Wharton County VSO and VVA Chapter 1069 VSO in July of 2018. However, we have retained his webpages of documents and reports for future reference, that they may still help Veterans with Veteran and VA related issues. Please disreguard any office hours schedules or contact information that may still be listed on this webpage. VVA Chapter 1069 would like to thank Dwight for the fine job he did while serving his fellow veterans.

Despite his recent retirement from his County VSO position in 2014, Dwight Winkler, VVA Chapter 1069 lifetime member, is still helping and providing veteran related benefits information to our chapter members. He still "sets up shop" (photos below) at all of our chapter meetings, and will usually give a brief presentation during the meeting along with a related handout or two.

This page is being provided by the chapter for posting of any veteran related information or handouts that Dwight would like to pass onto the chapter. This page also includes information that Dwight had collected while he was in his VSO position. The chapter and its membership would like to thank Dwight for his continued help with various Veteran's related issues, Veteran's Claims, and Veteran's Benefits information.
