Texas VVA Chapter 1069 holds its 4th annual Christmas Party for the membership.

94 (total) members and guests attended the Christmas party, held at Mikeska's BBQ. The Social hour lasted from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM. Wine, beer, punch & snacks were provided by the chapter. For dinner, the membership enjoyed roast beef, mashed potatoes, gravy, vegetable medley, salad, peach cobbler and ice cream.
20 poinsettias were given away as door prizes to those that attended. Other door and raffle prizes included; plate of fudge, poppyseed rolls, cheese rolls, movie basket with DVD, popcorn, and bottle of wine, cheese and cracker gift basket and two different Christmas wreaths.
A big thanks goes out to Dwight Winkler for donating five commemorative Vietnam War 50th anniversary coins that were also used as giveaway gifts for the raffle.

Members and guests enjoyed the evening in the decorated meeting room. Decorations were provided by Carolyn Milder. Many
thanks to her, and to husband Louis Milder, and to Leonard and Dana Sternadel for helping with the decorations.
