VVA Chapter 1069 Members Participate in the El Campo Christmas Parade Dec 7, 2023

The City of El Campo again hosted their annual Christmas parade on December 7th, 2023. Chapter members, Carolyn Milder and Augie Limas, have sent us pictures they took at the parade. Members of VVA Chapter 1069 attended and participated in the parade. Much thanks to Carolyn and Augie for taking the pictures seen on this webpage.

A big thanks to all chapter members and spouses that participated in the parade and represented our chapter! A special thanks to chapter member, Augie Limas, for getting a parade float permit for our chapter and for setting up the parade float.

Above and below photos show the members of VVA chapter 1069 that participated in this years parade. The float for the parade is actually a Vietnam War era, Military Jeep and trailer. The jeep & trailer is owned by Joe Freeman of El Campo, he himself a Vietnam Veteran, who let our chapter use the military vehicle for the parade . VVA Chapter 1069 wants to thank Joe for letting our chapter members use his jeep & trailer and let the members decorate the jeep at his business location in El Campo.
